Real experience
I have been working for clients in western Kentucky since 2006. I have tried over 50 jury trials, and won acquittals in state and federal court. I have tried cases alleging DUI, theft, white collar crime, violent offenses, sex offenses, and murder.
I have real legal experience and skills. But I worked lots of other jobs before practicing law. I understand the world outside of the legal profession, and that experience helps me understand my clients and tell their stories.
I am from Opelika, Alabama, and went to College at Auburn University. Along the way, I worked as a lifeguard, a bus boy, a cook, and a waiter. I worked in retail and accounting. During summer in law school I drove a tractor to pay the bills, and my last year in law school I drove a cab.
I spent a lot of my life barely getting by.
When I graduated law school, I clerked for a judge for a few months then took a job as a public defender. I worked there for three years before going into private practice at the law firm of Edwards and Kautz, PLLC. I worked there for fifteen years handling all manner of criminal cases, as well as some personal injury, property damage, and other civil cases.
In 2025, I went out on my own and opened Bundrick Law, PLLC.
There is more to life than work. As a teen, I enjoyed backpacking, car repair, woodworking, waterskiing, and playing guitar. I am an Eagle Scout.
My wife and I started dating in 2002 and got married in 2006. We live in Lone Oak with our cats, Indiana, Penny, Woodrow, and Auburn.
These days I spend my spare time practicing and teaching yoga, scuba diving, playing bass, and mowing my lawn. I go to as many rock concerts as I can. I am also currently enrolled in a master’s program in counseling.
